Worthy Causes

  • While it is everyone’s duty to give more than they receive, there is nothing more beautiful than a gracious, humble and charitable southern woman.  I try to involve myself in as many benevolent organizations as possible, donating the time and money  my schedule will permit.  I am also very blessed that part of my job is getting involved with these events and having generous employers who give back to their community. There are so many needy groups that require a helping hand, be it financial or literal.  Get involved!  Charity starts at home and there is no better feeling than knowing you have helped someone else.  I support many worthy causes, but my local animal shelters and children’s charities strike especially close to heart because they are unable to help themselves.  If you are needing ideas on how to get involved in your community, those are 2 very good places to start where help is always welcome.
